On Friday night , we went to a block party at our friend's house. The kids had a lot of fun getting their faces painted, hitting the pinatas, and playing with all the other kids. I was bummed that I didn't win the pie bake-off. I mean, really, who wouldn't pick the double layer chocolate pudding pie with graham cracker crust that took me a whole 5 minutes to make?! :) Maybe next year I'll pay off one of the judges! :)
Saturday night , we went to Chuck E. Cheese's with some friends. Rylee is still scared of Chuck E., (but not nearly as scared as some of the other kids that were sitting near us!) and since Devynn saw Rylee's reaction, she had to get scared, too. They both sat in the booth, clinging to my arms until Chuck E. went back in his room. Silly girls! :)
Yesterday, Devynn started saying "bless you" when she hears someone sneeze. It is just about the cutest thing I've ever heard! Andrew keeps "fake sneezing" in an attempt to get her to say it again. She's too smart, though, and won't say it unless you really sneeze. Too cute!
Weekends are always fun in my world with the world's most adorable kids EVER!!!
